馮濱魯，男，漢族，1963年11月出生，山東寧陽縣人，1983年6月加入中國共產黨，理學博士，省評二級教授。現任濰坊學院黨委副書記、校長，校學位委員會主任、校學術委員會主任。哈爾濱工業大學航天學院力學流動站博士后出站，加拿大不列顛哥倫比亞大學訪問學者,香港城市大學訪問教授。主要研究方向為可積系統和微分方程的穩定性、振動性。主持完成國家及省部級教學科研項目12項，出版著作3部，在國內外公開發表學術論文120余篇，其中30余篇被國際權威文摘摘錄；擔任第六屆非線性數學物理國際會議組委會聯合主席，多次應邀出席國際學術會議并作報告，是美國數學會會員、美國《數學評論》評論員、《Nonlinear Dynamics》等學術刊物審稿人。曾任秦元勛數學獎評委會副主任、山東省自然科學獎評審委員、濰坊市專家協會首屆副理事長，中國海大、中國礦大、山東師大、山東科大相關專業博士、碩士研究生答辯主席。共為博士生、碩士生和本科生開設出9門課程，主持的教學研究項目獲省教學成果一等獎，擔任教育部國培計劃項目首席專家，是國家特色專業“數學與應用數學”主持人和省優秀教學團隊（基礎數學）帶頭人。曾任山東礦業學院基礎部主任，山東科技大學教務處處長，濰坊學院教學副院長，現兼任山東科技大學教授、博士生導師。當選為濰坊市科技智庫首席專家，入選山東省高層次人才庫和教育部本科教學審核評估專家庫，2007年獲國務院頒發的政府特殊津貼,2013年、2018年連續當選為教育部大學數學教學指導委員會委員。
